Evelyn walked along the cobblestone street, the moon leaving an eerie path of light to pave her way. As usual, her hair was down in it's usual cascade of raven waves, and her large green eyes were illuminated by the moon. She was dressed in a purple dress that went just above her kneecap, it was strapless, but she had a her usual black cashmere sweater around her. She walked in her black converse, observing the street. It was full of little bookstores and coffeshops, dress shops, shoe stores, art studios. She was in England, and from the smile on her lips, she was enjoying it.

Cole walked out of a coffee shop, a blueberry muffin and hot coffee in hand. He looked both ways at the people walking past him but, as he looked to the right he saw someone who looked suspiciously like Evelyn. He slowly started walking in the sttangers direction trying to get a better look.

Evelyn made a turn down onto another street, peering at a bookstore called Lit. Cove. She smiled and carefully opened the door, the bell ringing. All around, stacked to the ceilings, were books. Old ones, used ones, new ones, colorful ones. She eagerly bolted through the store to a dark corner labelled Poetry. She ran her fingertips along the somewhat dusty titles, a grin on her pale lips.

Cole watched as she entered the bookstore. He threw his half eaten muffin and coffee into the garbage can and quietly walked into the bookstore. He spotted her but she didnt see him. "Evelyn." he whispered.

Evelyn's ears perked up at the sound of her name. Who could of said that? No one she knew would be in England, in this bookstore, at the very moment. She glanced up curiously, closing the book of poems she had randomly selected and wandered through the bookstore. She caught a familiar scent. Could it be?

Cole darted into an aisle of books. He walked glancing up occasionally at her through the empty spaces where books should have been. Finally, he stood infront of her while she was looking at a book. " Hello Evelyn."

Evelyn gasped, dropping the book. Her green eyes were wide with shock and in a moment, she had her arms tightly around Cole, blushing crimson.

" I can't believe you're here! "

ic: " I didn't know you'd be here too!" he said. pulled her in for a hug. " I've been here for a while looking at the places around here. Maybe to live one day. He smiled. " Why are you here?" he asked.

" Err.. Well, technically, I decided to leave the Academy for a short period of time. There was an incident outside the Academy, and then there were all these new students.. And I just didn't feel at home, really. " She scowled slightly, but put a smile back on her face as she reached over to entwine their fingers.

" Why did you leave? Without telling me? Some people thought you ran off with Racheal.. But I knew it wasn't true.. "

ic: Cole shrugged. " I didn't think i was going to be gone this long. I thought maybe a weekend visit but i ended up losing track of time and have been here a while. Oops." He said. "And i thought Racheal was with Varton? Geez i hope he doesnt think that! He'd kill me if he thought we were together. I dunno where she is. But i definantly know shes not here."

Evelyn nodded, " Varton didn't really think you would do that to him, but he was.. Very depressed. And I haven't seen you in ages! You could have told me! You could have called! Said goodbye to me before you went off! You could've gotten hurt and I wouldn't know! And I missed you so god damn much! " She practically yelled at him, her eyes sad. She crossed her arms, watching him with curious eyes as if trying to guess what he would say in response.

Cole looked around at the people staring at them but, he didn't care. " I was kinda hoping you'd think i was still at school. I wanted to suprise you with something. But since your here i guess i can show you now."

She quirked a brow, " I searched all over the wretched school! I even asked the Headmaster! But.. what's the surprise? " Evelyn tilted her head to the side curiously.

Cole smiled. " Sorry but we gotta walk there. I promise its not far. He opened the door to the shop. " Ready?"

Ev asked, " Can we come back to this shop later though? " She grinned, holding your hand. She murmured, " Please? Pretty please? " She chuckled melodically and walked out, tugging the black cashmere sweater around her tightly.

" Of course." he said. They turned and started walking towards the town square. He stopped and looked up at the statue of an unformilar man. " This isn't it." He looked left, looking down a long street of houses. " This way. Were getting close." He held her hand as they walked up the street until he stopped infront of the gate of a brick house that had a porch swing sitting on the porch. " Here." he said. He opened the gate not letting go of Evelyn's hand. The walked up to the house and Cole opened the door. The place was completely empty besides an old red couch and a table. " You said you wanted to live in Europe right?"

Evelyn looked around as they walked through the neighborhood, trusting Cole to lead the way. They were walking up to a house, and he opened the door. She listened and practically gasped.

" Cole.. You didn't buy this, did you? " She bit her lip hard, peering around with wide green eyes.

"Well not yet. I kinda wanted to find one, go back to the academy, and then bring you back with me to make a decision." He looked at her facial expression. " You don't like the idea.."

Evelyn cracked a smile, peering at him, " I love the idea.. But, Technically, I'm fifteen. " She chuckles, reached out to stroke his cheek.

" Just give me time. "

ic He laughed. " I didn't wanna move in right away! I mean look at this place all it is is a couch and a table. I defiantly gotta get a job and fix it up first."
